This programme reunites people with their roots and heritage as welll as creating food security within the community. This programme emphasizes on the respect of traditional leaderships and community-identity. Through this programme memebers of the community are able to create their wealth based on their own indigenous standards and values.
This two fold programme addressing poor saniation practices in rural communities. Thousands of households and schools utilize long-drop toilets which are not properly maintained and waste is left untreated for a long periods. Through this programme a solution for proper maintance and treatment of these toilets is applied. This is the educational wing of the programme, where trainings on the manufacturing of detergent is given through our rural innovation hub.
GJCBC has incorporated an existing indigenous protection structure within the community to protect all programmes and projects providing a safer protection.
